You check in digitally using your own smartphone – no app download required.

Here’s how it works…
  • On the day of arrival, you’ll receive an email or SMS from us. Follow the link to complete your check-in.
  • If your apartment is already prepared and your payment is complete, you can check in immediately – no later than 3:00 p.m.
  • Right after check-in, you’ll receive a message with your apartment number and a code for the locks.
  • This code grants access to both the main entrance and your apartment door.  It remains valid until the end of your stay.
